invoice # 11920338 was unsuccessful.

Hello Dear Customer,

Our attempt to debit your nominated credit card for this month owing on invoice # 11920338 was unsuccessful.

The error message we received from your credit card provider was: Pick-up card (code 004)

What should I do?

  • In case this was just a one-off occurrence, we'll try again .
     
  • Please update your payment details to avoid service interruption :
  •  Login To Your Account > Update payment details.
     

Please be aware your services may be temporarily suspended if the second attempt fails and your invoice remains unpaid.
